St Paul's Church, Troy, NY

 

Hudson Virtual Tours has had the great honor to be invited to scan St. Paul's Church in Troy, NY. St. Paul's is generally considered to be one of the only totally integrated Tiffany interiors in the world.

St. Paul's features the magnificent altar window and numerous floor to ceiling stained glass wonders as well as grand woodworking and intricate mosaics. The interior was comprehensively remodeled during the period 1891-1893 by the Louis C. Tiffany Glass and Decorating Company, primarily under the direction of J.A. Holzer.  Mr. Holzer was an architect, painter and sculptor of renown.

This is one space that you really must experience in person to experience its grandeur. Photography can only approximate the majesty of the Tiffany glass windows. We'd like to thank St. Paul's Church and it's congregation for sharing their space with us and with the world!
